Services include:

1. Initial in-person or phone meeting to  discuss couple’s vision for the day2. In person meeting at your venue 3. Unlimited calls, email’s and texts 4. Review of all vendor contracts
5. Create detailed timeline of wedding day6. Communicate to vendors the venue policies on arrival and strike times as well as insurance requirements7. Coordinate, attend and run rehearsal8. Assist with setup of welcome table, favors, menus, name cards, table numbers, seating chart & signage9. Work with vendors so they have the  timeline for all  key wedding day events
10. Arrive two hours prior to event to oversee vendor setup11. Distribute day of vendor payments and or gratuity provided by client12. Includes planner and one assistant if needed based on guest count13. Oversee tear down and packing of welcome table and gifts

Services include all items from the Silver Package, 
 plus the following:

1. Work with client on detailed wedding budget2. Provide client with 1-3 vendor referrals in each category as needed (Photographer, Video, Florist,  Bakery, Officiant, Hair and Makeup,  DJ, Band, Signage, etc)3. Discuss rentals and place order for client with rental companies4. Discuss signage, wedding favors and  assist with ideas and ordering5. Attend tasting with client if  requested6. Review banquet order and room  layout7. Review all vendor contracts8. Distribute detailed timeline to all vendors9. Additional services available upon request
